Elements of Spice, Mexican Wave I like to cook Mexican Food at home more so than eating out. I found this Elements of Spice, Mexican Wave at It's All About BBQ. I rub down the chicken with this Mexican Wave rub before I grill the chicken. It taste so much better in all the dishes to have the chicken grilled. It's just one extra step to take to make sure everyone appreciates dinner. And trust me...the do!!
